• Headed O&M Team for WLL BSC & MSC Karachi and participated in O&M jobs of Siemens EWSD (PSTN) exchanges of Karachi multi-exchange area.
• Produced exchange data of routing, zoning, subscriber, and trunks, managed round the clock alarm monitoring / control, and rectified all kinds of technical in a timely manner.
• Led documentation control, grade of service analysis, traffic study, and 24X7 shift organization and dealt with all kinds of emergency situations to resolve faults in the systems.
• Actively liaised with Siemens, Motorola, and Huawei suppliers during upgrades, expansions, and testing commissioning of new equipment and organized working group meetings with supplier and PTCL staff.
