Working as a CSR for live operations team with the company, I am responsible for acting as a liaison between the customers and the company. Currently working as a part of the restaurant onboarding team helping new restaurant partners go through the process of dashboard setup and to perfectly upload all the required data for the startup and to receive the first successful order.
Working in data management, my job was to prepare reports about sales team performance by compiling the data on daily basis and processing it through the EXCEL Spreadsheets. Also managing details and daily performance data of all Brand Ambassadors spread across the city on various departmental stores.
