Responsibilities
· Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
· Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
· Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
· Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
· Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
· Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
· Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
· Supervise all aspects of art direction, design, copy-writing for all design related projects.
· Prepare and justify job allocation.
· Quality control of all design team creative outputs in line with brand standards – including proofing and reviewing deliverables and project processes.
· Maintain sensitive and confidential information.
· Allocate work to the graphic designers and make sure their time is allocated effectively.
· Treating trainees and staff with respect and dignity.
· Maximizing training and development opportunities for staff, volunteers and trainees under direction of the General Manager.
· Maintain a customer caseload as directed by the General Manager.
· Attend personal development course when needed.
· Mentor and support the team of trainees and volunteers.
· Communicate creative briefs and concepts to the design team as well as set and manage expectations around work allocation. Support graphic designers to manage their time effectively in order to meet the demanding requirements of the business.
Collaborating with the creative director and other team members to create new designs or refine existing ones
Creating designs for print materials such as brochures, pamphlets, business cards, infographics, brochures, flyers, brochures, pamphlets, postcards, posters, billboards, invitations, magazines, catalogs, billboards, etc.
Designing logos, branding materials, and website designs for businesses
Working with the marketing team to develop concepts for marketing campaigns or advertisements
Designing visual elements for websites, mobile applications, and other digital media platforms
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and goals, then creating designs that meet those needs and meet the client’s approval
Developing concepts and prototypes for new products and services
Managing the production process to ensure that all files are ready for printing or digital output
Creating graphics for social media campaigns by creating banners, headers, and other images that can be posted on company pages or blogs
Managing all design projects from concept to delivery. Other responsibilities include creating original artwork and reviewing the drafts of junior graphic designers to ensure quality work.
