Continuous monitoring and check the Permit to work along with necessary documents that is required to perform any Work.
Performed Many Activities Such as Hot Work, Cold work, Open Flame work, Confined space, Hot Tapping as a Lead Man.
Ensuring preparation and implementation of Site Safety and Health Plan (SSHP). Inspection of the site to ensure it is a hazard-freeenvironment.
To review and approve all subcontractors safety plans. Verifying that injury logs and reports are completed and submitted to related government agencies.
Keep up to date with all relevant legislation, regulations and codes of practice. Conduct daily checks of Permit to Work. Special trainings conducted regarding Toxic gases present in workplace.
Propose and implement practical safety, health and environment improvement projects in liaison with HSE manager and line personnel.
To ensures there are safety messages in each Incident Action Plan. To participate in planning meetings to identify any health and safety concerns inherent in the operations daily work-plan
Conducting TBTs (Tool Box Talk) before every activity Inspection of Cutting, Welding, Grinding, Lifting and Handling Tools to ensure safety. Ensuring all contractual / company and local authority requirements for Quality, Health Safety& Environment (HSE) requirements are compliedwith.

Worked on a plant producing Polyethylene Terephthalic acid with capacity of 100 Tons/Day.
Worked as a Shift Engineer for careful monitoring of Production.
Then got confirmation and Worked as Process Engineer in Production Department.
