Spent 2 weeks in Microbiology lab, learnt about media preparation, Helicobacter pylori Ab and Ag test , Salmonella typhi Ab test, Malarial antigen test, RA test, CRP, Culture and Sensitivity test for samples like: Urine, Stool, Blood, Pus and Sputum. Detailed Report of Urine and Stool Samples.
Spent 3 Weeks in Molecular Pathology and Serology lab, Learnt about about genetic material extraction from QIAGEN products, Rt PCR machine name as Rotor Gene Q, HDV ab Test by ELISA Kit, IgE Ab Test by ELISA.

Substitute teacher for a month
