§ Ensure the follow up of minutes/decisions taken in the meetings with timelines.
§ Responsible to maintain complete confidentiality and integrity.
§ Coordinate in arrangements to conduct events like seminars, conferences, inaugural sessions, and other academic functions as and when require.
§ Maintain appropriate filing records for future references and record.
§ Issuance of Memos, Inter Office Circulars and Notices.
§ Correspondence with corporate, government institutions and regulatory authorities.
§ Prepare calendar for tasks and schedule to carry out the operations in efficient manner.
§ Inter departmental coordination and communication.
§ Arrangement and scheduling of complete travel plans like, itineraries and hotel reservations.
§ Inter departmental coordination and communication to accomplish multiple tasks.
§ Other duties assigned by management in order to meet the company or business objectives on as needed basis.
