Responsible to ensure uninterrupted supply of all utilities and smooth operation by managing maintenance, in-house development, inventory management and technical team. -Ensure to maintain plant efficiencies by continuous monitoring of energy consumptions and to keep updated all facilities.-Responsible to maintain Smooth powerhouse operations including 5MW Wapda, diesel generators, HV panels, SOLAR panels,LV panels, Dry type Transformer generators synchronization and distribution with different ATS Panels.-Ensure to maintain industrial UPS operational for uninterrupted operation of plants critical load during changeover.-Ensure to maintain factory electrical infrastructure operation and maintenance. -Ensure to maintain NG, LPG and SNG operation and maintenance. -Ensure to maintain oil free and oil injected air compressors and dryers operation and maintenance.-Ensure to maintain nitrogen generator operation and maintenance.-Responsible to maintain smooth operations of cargo and hydraulic lifts to avoid any breakdown and also routine maintenance.-Responsible to maintain operations and maintenance of absorption DFA and compression water cooled chillers, package type chillers, Air Washers, Exhaust Air fans, condensing Units and VRF system with cassette type indoor units.-Ensure to maintain water infrastructure and treatment plants operation and maintenance.-Responsible for Smooth execution of SCADA and BMS system to monitor all utility equipment\'s within facility.-Responsible to supervise all new MEP projects.

Responsible for operating and Maintenance of all MEP & General utility.
All Electrical and Electronic works Such as Transmission and Distribution, HT & LT sub-station, PFI, Firefighting system, pumps and other utility works.
Estimate and costing of Electrical & Mechanical Works.
Follow-up of repairing works such as Inverter, Converter, and etc.
Routine check-up and maintenance of all Electrical equipments.
Monthly schedule Maintenance of machines.

Responsible to provide monthly readings of energy analyzers installed on main LT Panel to cost managment team.

My Core Responsibilities are:

Keep on Eye On Run-down ,Scheduling and perform their duties for Smooth Transmission of Centralized Apparatus Room, Master Control Room, Production Control Room.

Maintain on-air signal, Routed or Switch to back-up systems during an emergency on-air outage situation, maintain discrepancy reports, perform log checking duties, and troubleshoot technical issues.
