Maintain all records related to employees of Dura Industries, FoamCo PVT LTD & Master Molty Foam.
Preparation of Payroll of employees, Daily wages and Contractors at HRMS.
Preparation of appraisal system bonus & full final settlement of the employees.
Maintain the record of medical insurance and travelling expenses.
Manage Employees Leave record System and Keep eye on Time Keepers “to their work”.
Development and implementation of human resource policies, Procedures, Documents for the Company to help align workforce with strategic goals of company.
Participating to prepare the HR & Admin Budget annually with the HR business plan, Its Monitoring and analysis.
Establishing and leading the implementation of standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures necessary to attain a superior workforce.
Conducting Job Analysis in which Job evaluation, Job Description and Job Specification.
Responsible for the Training & Development of Staff, Assessing training needs and planning training sessions.
