Training Function
- In coordination with the management, introduce e-TNA (Electronic Training Need Analysis) in the Bank
- Prepare annual budget fortraining activities of the bank
- Conduct employee training need analysis on annual basis and arrange trainings accordingly
- Liaise with different training agencies to arrange the customized training programs as per the Bank need and also negotiate financial aspects involves during arrangement of trainings
- Prepare training calendar (annually) for in-house training sessions
- Conduct training feedback analysis after completion of in-house training
- Administer all admin related tasks of Training Center – Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

As Senior Officer, dealt with student related issues including but not limited to the counseling for C.A admission, Loan for studies, examination, analysis of courses equivalency, prepare departmental budget, conducting seminars to promote CA qualification and supervision of Facilitation Center.
