Installation and troubleshooting of plant field instruments and PLCs (Siemens S7-300, 400, 1200, 1500).
 Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance procedures with plant management and implement PDCA cycle.
 Successfully install, retain, and troubleshoot of all plant field instruments, KRONES fillers, blow molds machines, Labelers, Variopac packing machines, palletizers, and de-palletizer by following LOTO protocol.
 Actively liaise with HSE department to execute health and safety policies in production facility as well as 5S and direct routine inspections to check compliance against company standards and established procedures.
 Carry out Risk Assessment of all plant and pointing out hazards and their solution for safe system of work.
 Follow safety procedures during maintenance work e: g LOTO, permit to work etc.
 Working closely with H & S department in order to develop guidelines for workers to reduce accidents and ill health conditions to minimum.

• Installed, retained, and troubleshoot all TETRAPAK ice-cream fillers, hardening tunnel, mixer, pasteurizer, homogenizer, metal detectors, and inkjet date printers (Domino, Markem Imaje, Citronix and LINX).
• Developed work procedures and product specifications for quality inspection of components, while operating in production lines to meet client and industry requirements.
• Led plant erection in managing monthly reliability run and commercial operation declaration of the plant in line with terms of contract to oversee plant operations.
• Played an integral role in installing and troubleshooting PLCs components, such as Allen Bradley, Siemens, Omron, and Mitsubishi.

• Prepared effective recommendations and implemented capital improvements, equipment upgrades, facility maintenance/upgrades, and short/long-term goals and plans.
• Effectively implemented planned preventive maintenance program to maximize the operational availability and efficiency of all plant machineries.
• Resolved all machines like SIDEL SBO8 blow mould, Ektam bottle filler, SMI packing, and Trine labeller.
