• Responsible for Key Accounts Ordering, Claims settlement
• Proficient user of SAP: Claims entries, PRs generation, GRNs, fetching data etc.
● Responsible for formulation, direction and coordination of marketing activities and policies designed to promote company services, in coordination with relevant advertising and promotion managers.
● Responsible for creating a detailed call log for all outbound customer contacts
