To manage, scrutinize and validation of overall attendance record of relevant area(s). Maintain Leave records of all staff and share with HR Head Office on regular basis monthly. Prepare monthly attendance record for payroll processing. Validation, reconciliation of monthly data with the existing database Checking, screening of new hires documents. Ensuring 100 compliance of policies and procedure Transfers, re-designation, promotions cases discussed with Line Managers/ HOD and proceed to HR Office for approvals. Keep up to date database of staff Processing of TA/DA vouchers, resignation, exit cases
