• Responsible to analyze, develop and manage Etisalat business product portfolio that meets the needs • of customers in their businesses • Meets revenue and margin targets for Etisalat • Preparing Business cases for clients and getting approvals from top management • Winning back lost clients by ensuring 100% service level agreement • Providing better prospects for businesses • Delivered high quality client service and customer retention approach • Planning, executing and coordinating with team members to meet monthly targets • Customer Satisfaction and Ongoing enhancement of products and offers applying best practices • Managing existing Etisalat business accounts • Ensure development and implementation of acquisition, usage and retention strategies • Responsible for all interactions with customers to assure coordination with regard to Etisalat E2E products • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relations with prospects; recommending solutions • Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competition • Meeting with potential customers to prospect for new business • Creating detailed proposal documents • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
