MARKETING & BRAND
·        Advise / strategize on marketing and advertising requirements for all brands of the organization.
·        Identify suitable print/digital advertising opportunities and negotiate space accordingly.
·        Design ads in liaison with external graphic design consultant where necessary.
·        Act as ‘brand guardian’ and maintain brand assets – in conjunction with design agency, maintain guidelines for use of Company logo and co-ordinate all print production / online templates for stationery / publicity material, e.g. newsletters and invitations, using the logo/brand to ensure correct use of identity.
·        Manage, develop and market new brands working in collaboration with partners, where necessary.
DIGITAL CONTENT
·        Publish content to social media channels on a regular basis (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and in line with guidelines within the Marketing & Communications Strategy.
·        Execute and manage social media campaigns to enhance visibility, and drive engagement.
·        Work with internal resources and external agencies to create relevant content on a regular basis.
·        Provide ongoing analysis and performance reporting.
·        Make recommendations to management regarding improvements.
·        Ensure all campaigns and content are in compliance with the Marketing & Communications Strategy and the organizations overall Strategic Plan.
BUSINESS ANALYTICS & DATA MANAGEMENT
·        Play an active role in streamlining the internal processes and continuously evaluate and improve the ERP system where appropriate.
·        Create a robust Database for all internal and external Data.
·        Obtain, Organize, maintain and share all relevant information.
·        Create a Microsoft Business Intelligence Dashboard to support decision making for Senior management.

Responsible for keeping the social media page up to date.Social media advertisement for increasing reach of the page. Customer support (any questions or inquiries we receive on Facebook or Instagram).Reaching out to new partners for better business opportunities.Responsible for coordination between business, transport owners and hotels.
