Data Management and Reporting:
· Maintain and regularly update a computerized information system for campaign data.
· Collect, compile, and share campaign coverage data from all districts with provincial and federal offices.

Supervise the overall management of the project (Technical& operational project staff). Through The National
Project Management Unit, with the help of GOVT Line department, establish the district project teams and initiate the project activities in the selected districts .Provide the required support to the District Project team to implement the project field activities and to facilitate the needed support to the vulnerable and food insecure households in the project districts.
Build linkages with relevant departments in GOVT. Line departments other ministries.

• Coordinate and monitor the implementation of the assistance programme at the local level, in close collaboration with the implementing partners;
• Monitor and review the overall commodity movements such as food deliveries, storage, transport and distribution at the site and verify if the amounts received have been properly recorded, damaged or suspected to be damaged;
• Supervise the efficient distribution of food items at the site and ensure proper distribution of entitlements and verify appropriate entitlements are distributed and provide feedback to Field Officers and others on the distribution;

• To design and execute WASH and FSL project work plans and to revise as appropriate to meet the goals and objective of the project. Responsible for planning, program design, and to ensure its proper implementation at the field level in adherence with IRC and donor compliances.
• To define program implementation modalities (targeting criteria, mobilization modalities, local partnerships, participant training curricula, monitoring systems, staff schedules, etc.) through the development of program SOPs and scope, in coordination with the country office management.
