<p><span >Successfully presented Final year project on </span><strong ><em>“Building code violation in Residential & Commercia Buildings”</em></strong><span >. Quetta. all of the building code violations found in the 80 buildings surveyed for the purpose of identifying different types of parameters violation in Quetta City. These parameters were visually identified in terms of design, construction and maintenance of structures, which gave us a profound idea about state of residential buildings and their safety at the time. These problems identified will be illustrated in a comprehensible manner to understand the impact of such problems on the buildings and lives of the dwellers.</span><span >Till the ongoing past no official report was upheld by the Government of Pakistan for the planning and designing of structures, foundations and infrastructure that specifically considered the seismicity of the region or any framework designs regarding unexpected and expected quake </span><span >Being the capital of Balochistan, Quetta is in one of Pakistan’s most seismic prone region with high exposure and vulnerability to earthquakes indicated within and very close to the city. Ranked as one of the most fatal earthquakes that jolted South Asia, the 1935 Quetta Earthquake killed thousands from the extensive impact while levelling everything and causing substantial damage through the outskirts of the city. Some of the causes identified were the majority of feeble mud structures that were weak to withstand an earthquake of this nature, the buildings were built without any guidance or regulations in check - whereas structures built with precision withstood the quake with minor damage</span></p>
