KEY RESPONSIBILTIES AS ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT COM PROCUREMENT COORDINATOR:
• Maintain accounts record by tagging and labeling of files and preparation of vouchers and other required documents.
• Reconcile daily cash report.
• Assisting Accountant in payroll.
• Recording and updating Payables & Receivables.
• Deposit and withdraws cash from bank.
• Preparation of audit data in supervision of Sr. Accountant.
• Purchasing of general, housekeeping, stationary, construction and other material.
• Generating different kinds of reports & comparison with graph & tables.
Payroll.
Inventory Management.
Dealing with Vendors And Costumer,
Dealing with Tax Consultant.
Time Managemnt of employees.
Leave matter of Employee.
