Primary responsibilities managing administration tasks for Officials meetings, including compiling agendas, recording minutes and drafting correspondence based on meeting outcomes. Also maintaining and managing all important documents either for a particular project or whole organization and assuring that it is easily accessible and stored.
Secondary responsibilities include maintaining the quality product of all the members in the team on a single window basis.
