Previously worked as Regional Consultant and managed corporate training and candidate selection procedure successfully for Gear Up training firm.

Coordinating with consistency in Hiring Process
Administrating compensation & benefits
Process all salary changes stemming from merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and pay adjustments
Supporting employee performance evaluation and appraisal process quarterly and annually
Leading employee corrective action plans
Addressing inquiries regarding new-hire activity and ongoing employee relation issues
Supporting compliance and back office departments to provide relevant information/reports to submit in SECP, PSX, NCCPL, CDC on regular basis and make sure the information is aligned, well presented and up to date as per HR records
Coordinating with compliance and finance departments in process of credit rating of the company and all kind of audits quarterly and annually
Deal with all government and non-government organizations, vendors and suppliers

Managing the process of visa issuing and lodging of employees and executives
