Leading Operations and client relations of Central Zone.
Coordination with the corporate clients for the provision of services as per signed contracts.
Responsible for the renewal and negotiations of agreements with new and existing clients.
Member of HR panel for hiring of Operations staff, i.e operation officers, implant officers & drivers.
Coordination with the workshop staff for the maintenance of customer’s fleet
Responsible for the disposal/sale of old fleet as per market price.
Management representative of ISO 9001-2008 certification.
Direct activities related to controlling of light & heavy vehicles.
Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements
Direct investigations to verify and resolve customer complaints/query.
Coordinate with workshop staff in connection with vehicles maintenance.
To monitor the vehicles and drivers through in vehicle monitoring device (IVMD).
Sometime make a surprise visit to check vehicles at working site.
Responsible for monitoring of safety standard of tankers for Liquid Sulphur Transportation project
To make a monthly allocation report of all vehicles in operations.
Supervise the operational staff & bus drivers.
Coordinate with customers for quotations of buses on rental basis.
Responsible for the provision of buses to customers on time & any other query from the customers.
Responsible for fleet management of buses.
Responsible for the execution of new contracts.
Supervise the fueling of all vehicles.
Coordinating all the Complaints or problems face by passengers & Cargo customers.
Dealing cargo customers in case of any misplacement/damage of their consignments..
Negotation with the passengers / Cargo customers for their claims of items misplaced/stolen/damaged due to company employee’s negligence.
Conduct inquiries from the staff against the passenger’s complaints/Cargo customers and took appropriate disciplinary action against them if found guilty.
Coordinating the problems face by service staff in all terminals throughout Pakistan.
Verification and Reporting on any unlikely EVENT.
Corresponding and reporting on the different issues with CEO, Management and other officials.
Responsible for the assurance of quality services provided by the company.
Ensuring and enforcing company rules and regulations in the company infrastructure.
