I have working experience of 15 years 4years in Mcdonalds as CCR & event manager After this i have joined Mobilink Call Center 6 years experience as CSR. Here we take ownership of our responsibility regarding customer needs and complaints also we worked fo Business development,Quality Assurance, and rotation on other Deptts, 8month experience in Tracking company As Team leader and promoted after one month as HOD. After that I joined as Branch Manager in Kitchen Cuisine KC grill Desi Street Packages mall, in KC I was handling all staff related queries, customer related concerns, and also work to increase sales on daily basis. Total 2 years I served KC. After that I joined space by IKEA in 2021 i was working as assistant manager Business development, dealing all social media activities and worked on sales. After this job i joined Toyota Canal Motors Gujranwala as CR Manager in April as pioneer of the company i found challenging environments here. Worked on customer inquiries, complaints, and customer retention. Till now i learned alot about automobile.
