Being the focal point of Third party monitoring (TPFM) in Ops room, I have been involved in review of the program data for pre, intra and post campaign monitoring for Polio Eradication in order to highlight programme gaps and challenges on real time basis. Following are my other responsibilities in the NEOC.
Responsibilities :
Monitoring and facilitation of polio campaign activities, data processing, data analysis, interpretation and feedback generation to the assigned province.
Coordination with TPFM focal persons in PEOCs and sharing the monitoring reports.
Synchronization and analyzed all Third party feild monitoring reports during polio campaigns on EOC dashboard/database.
Dissemination of Third party feild monitoring findings/gaps observed during all the phases of polio campaign to PEOCs for evidence based remedial actions by districts.
Follow-up with the actions taken by the district for identified gaps.
Participation in relevant task team meetings for preparation of annual NEAP document.
Aggregate all qualitative and quantitative data from program specific Information systems (IDIMS/EOC Dashboard) in monthly SIAs reports and Summaries.
Participation in main meetings and video conferences held at national EOC level.
Coordination with assigned province for all operational activities.
Participation in RI Surveys and different M&E activities. Developing GIS maps for data visualization
Compilation and analysis of campaign coverage data.
Analysis of Intra-Campaign monitoring Data.
Prepared campaign reports, data compliance, daily updates of campaign activities.
Monitored and facilitated campaign activities including Lots Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS)
