 Calculating fabric consumption accurately and reporting it like-wise
 Enriched experience in packaging of finished fabric products/ made-ups
 Interacting with international customers & local buying house for pricing/costing
 Going through incoming fax mail and responding as advised by seniors
 Dispatching fabric samples and maintaining all related records
 Maintaining record of follow up of customer’s correspondence
 Coordinating with concerned departments for sample preparation
 Coordinating regularly with design control, processing, stitching & quality assurance teams to
keep track of new development, orders and daily status
 Communicating regularly with customers of assigned region
 Preparing and circulating all contract related documents duly approved from DGM to concerned
department and maintaining records.
