I was working as a Customer Support Representative at HexTech Solutions giving my services to an E-Store on Amazon(SupplyCart). My primary job was to offer a premium Customer and after sale services to the customers. The Procedural calling was both inbound and outbound.1. Keeping an eye on special orders until delivered2.
