Abeer is a computer engineer by education and is leading Business Intelligence and Strategy
division of Pakistan’s 2nd largest educational group i.e. The Superior Group. He is also working as Head of Partnerships, Pakistan’s renowned business reality show “Idea Croron ka”. Apart from these Abeer also launched UNCTAD – EMPERTEC in Pakistan in collaboration with CEMVO Scotland (A subsidiary organization of Govt. of Scotland) and UN Geneva.
Abeer recently developed a digital economic and investment policy for the region (China + Russia and Pakistan) based on the Belt & Road Imitative, this policy is going to form digital
trade route between Russia and Pakistan using Belt & Road and will be known as Russia – Pakistan Investment Program. The program will focus on bringing new innovations to Pakistan, opening exchange programs within technology sector, founding enhanced digital and cybersecurity platforms and talent pooling both way. This program is officially endorsed by the Minister of Investments Buriyatia and is under the supervision of Head of State Buryatia.
Abeer in his past experience (early 2016) with Planning and Development, Govt of Punjab Pakistan as IT Budget Adviser and Research Analyst introduced the program of Safe City
Authority (a 36 Billion PKR Project) which reduced the crime rates in Punjab by 40%. He was also involved in the concept note making and approval committee of projects; Automation
of Case & Judiciary (Due to this automation corrupt politicians were tracked down by AI), LRMIS – Land Record Management Information Services ( increased the tax collection in the
country as undeclared land records were added in the tax filing automatically), E-Learn Punjab a PKR 1 Billion project of Govt of Punjab and DFID which increased the literacy rate
in Pakistan by 12%. In 2018, Abeer organized Youth & Entrepreneurship policy dialogue with Commonwealth
Secretariat, Govt of Pakistan and Superior Entrepreneurial Expo, the dialogue was broadcasted to 30 million Pakistanis live on the TV and it is attended by Senior Govt reps, Sushil Ram from Youth Division of Commonwealth Secretariat, Industry leaders and
academia. Outcome of the policy dialogue was to implement a Youth Employability and Research center for Pakistan at Superior University.
