Assist HR Department in Faculty teacher’s recruitment, attendance, appraisals and leave records.
Assist HR department to collect faculty-updated data, appraisal process activity.
Assist HODs in the onboarding process by Coordinating HR and training new faculty members regarding the faculty Fiori app.
Maintain student semester data in MS –Excel and MS- Word files.
Organize semester classes, meetings, and events activities.
Develop and assist Academics Program related letters, Reports (QEC, Audit report, workload etc)
Operate attendance, exam, Fee ledger, student enrolment on Oracle (Campus Management System)
& SAP (Student Life Cycle Management) system proficiently.

Modify or develop Semester Timetable, Exam date sheet and faculty workload.
Grant access to student admit card or temporary slips for exam sitting.
Analytical judgment resolving student or faculty queries quickly.
Generate Event Calendars and reminders related meetings and other activities.
Take part in DPT, MS-PT, MS-SLP, Ph.D. Rehab, Bs-MLT, MS MLS & Bs- SLP admission campaign.
Assist and supervise in training of new Program coordinators.
To supervise recreational and study trips for faculty as well for students.
To Assist Assistant Manager Academics to look after the Rehab program coordination Office Activities.
Organize faculty and executive meetings according to calendar dates as well develop meeting drafts note.
Develop and assist Academics Program related letters, Reports (QEC, Audit report, workload etc)
Supervise progress of RCRAHS Westridge lecture hall attendants along Admin supervisor.
Maintain data and fee amount of Patients and doctors of Rehab Clinic in past google sheet./p/div
Maintain HR cycle employees and clients records in database files and maintain reports.
Assist in payroll process of employees.
Conduct job posting and pre-screening of CVs and initial interviews.
Circulate Memorandums and important notices to all departments within the company.
