I actually worked in e.g. UK, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, France, et cetera.
My work took me to an interesting number of parts of the world.

Now I prefer to mainly focus on the Benelux and DACH region. The simple reason to this is: these are two of probably the biggest influencer zones, when it comes to having an impact on EU economy.

Ad interim Director Projects. During this period I was active as sr. manager to motivate, support, demonstrate to software development and business teams how effective Agile/Scrum/Lean is. I delivered three projects in 3 months, recovering at the same time a major portfolio who was not going anywhere and saved the customer €20MIO in doing so.

Bid Management, business development, (complex) project management, national/international/global programme management in business & IT environment, customer management/engagement management.

Activities I lead (up to closure) involve multi million euro initiatives for organisations like e.g. DHL, Indexium, Allianz, Deutsche Bank, Standard Life, Carlsberg, JaguarLandRover, to name but a couple of examples.
My responsibilities include e.g. RFP analysis, bid management, team selection, presentations/sales, (complex/politically highly visible) projects and programs with high impact on business and IT for my customers.
Types of projects include business change, business process improvement/renewal, business process automation, new product/service development, to the more "simpler" complex software development, ERP related projects/programmes, insourcing/outsourcing programmes and (digital) transformation/transition projects
