• Coordination with all department and institutes for smooth execution of academic operations
• Time table management and optimization with faculty utilization
• Academic course plans and course progress management
• Stationery and inventory compilation and audit reporting
• Compilation of students’ attendance and monitoring necessary activities and initiatives
• Conducting and compilation of student feedback survey and Instructions evaluation Bi-yearly
• Scheduling of academic meetings and act as committee secretary
• Provide assistance in the entry tests planning & execution within institutes and outside institutional
• Supervise academic roster management of staff.
• Provide assistance in the coordination and management of Internship programs, work plans preparation and reporting

* Central coordination with HR dept for staff hiring, Interview scheduling and Resource planning.
*Under supervision of Academic Head, manage central academic processes for approx 3500+ students in the institute, including data entry/record changes to student records in the SIS (Student Information System) (Microsoft Dynamics - CRM)
*Analyzing reports on student performance and academic status, developing longitudinal reports by using data supplied by the Students Affairs Department
* Work load, extra hours working & load sheet verification via Time Table & attendance.
* Coordinate and manage the volunteer tutoring program.
* Assess students’ literacy and numeracy needs.
* Collaborate with the Academic & Student Affairs HOD’s to design, produce, and analyze student evaluation and performance reports. *Develop resources for the academic program.
