• Filling of Monthly Sales Tax Returns in PRA & FBR
• Filling of Income Tax Monthly Withholding Statements of Companies.
• Incorporation of Companies in SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan)
• Filling of Statutory Returns in SECP.
• Registration of National Tax Number (NTN) of Individual, AOP & Companies.
• Registration of AOPs in Registrar of Firms Office.
• Filling of Stay Applications in Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR)
• Filling of Appeals in Appellate Tribunal Inland Revenue (ATIR)
• Filling of Appeals to Commissioner
My Job responsibilities as Admin Officer are as follow:-
• Book Keeping of Zahid Jamil & Co Chartered Accountants.
• Client Reconciliation
• Bank Reconciliation
• Cash deposit into bank and post Bank Receipt Voucher (BRV) and Bank Payment Voucher (BPV)
• Posting of Cash Receipt Voucher (CRV) and Cash Payment Voucher (CPV)
• Posting of Petty Expenses
• Recording of Expenses through Journal Voucher (J.V)
• Posting of Sales Invoices
