Project Control Executive Telenor ZTE SWAP ROLLOUT Project (Aug'12 till dated)

Overall Monitoring and Controlling of ongoing projects from the initiation phase till closure
-Prioritization and assessment of the tasks keeping in view monthly/Quarterly/Yearly deliverable targets
-Project Status Reporting, Monitoring and Control and tracking of progress
-Reporting Methodology support
-Handling of cross functional projects
-Risk assessment and identification
-Budget approval from Sourcing and Business Planning team keeping in view priority of tasks and monitoring of issued Budget vs. utilization
-Improved communication, Strong Follow Ups, Meetings with stakeholders, Cell wise record tracking, integrated change controlled and weekly progress reporting to RPM
-Inter departmental coordination with RF-P, RF-Opt, Civil, TXN (transmission), SA (Site acquisition), RA (Regulatory Authority), BSS-Ops, BSS-P NSS, AIMS and Admin department for project related work
Vendor Management
-Responsible for Purchase Orders issuance, BOQ verifications Payment processing of Civil Works, Power Implementation, Site Acquisition, Telecom Implementation vendors to help achieve rollout project delivery
-Establishing periodic monitoring and status reporting criterion for vendors regarding several scope
-Preparing, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing the project with subcontractors according to their contractual scope and commitment.
Capitalization for all CAPEX related activities related to Telenor
-Capitalization of Fixed Assets
- Getting verification of each PO issued for different project/activities from user department and budget controller regarding their completion.
- Monthly closing/accruals against each PO.
- Annual closing of total CAPEX commitments issued for whole year.
- Ensure timely reporting of fixed Asset regarding accruals of each PO related to Telenor technical division.
- Monthly meetings with Finance dept. for reconciliation of POs.
- Keeping track of all documentation i.e. PAC (Partial Acceptance Certificate), FAC (Final Acceptance Certificate)
Raising PRs (Purchase Requisition)
- Responsible for submission of PRs (purchase requisitions) against each scope allocated to subcontractors
Accounting, costing and billing of sub-contractors and monitoring for accountability
- Keeping track of PRs/POs for all sub-cons.
- Weekly reporting to management regarding PRs/POs status.
Invoice verification
-Invoice Verification and reporting.
- After verification getting approvals from dept. head.
- Keeping track of invoices for all sub-cons and vendors.

AUGERE PAKISTAN (PVT) LTD

Network Performance Engineer (April 12- Aug-12)

-Monitor and analyze stats using I Manager M 2000 client for entire network to insure peak performance
-Preparation of weekly monthly analytical reports trending forecasting CPE network performance
-Generating pre post reports after any hardware/software changes in network
-Conducting regular audit for different radio network soft parameter optimization analysis
-Testing of advance Wimax features including HARQ, MIMO, AMC, CSM, IRC configuration and generating pre post audit reports
-Identifying any abnormality of CPE, BTS ASN behavior escalating to NOC
-Liaise with core team to report on issues, get timely resolution and their impact before and after rectification
-Suggesting hard soft parameter changes on nationwide network entities for Capacity enhancements / Congestion avoidance
-Escalation follow up of network related to issues to Huawei help desk
AUGERE PAKISTAN (PVT) LTD
Project Database Documentation Controller (Aug 11-March 12)
-Responsible for project document matters under supervision of Manager Projects
-Coordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, which includes technical documents, engineering sheets, electrical drawings site survey site sharing reports, drive test reports, legal contracts, notices and stay orders
-Maintaining separate databases of all collocation partners ensuring that all documentations, survey reports site sharing details are up to date and at the correct revision.
-Maintaining updating engineering sheets, collocation partners database on-air sites details
-Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are easily accessible for both internal and external use
-Maintaining hard soft copies of all the approved documents and updating any change and modification to them
-Generating maintaining documents in compliance with PTA requirements for licensing, operating, and technical performance
-Preparation and issuance of Purchase orders for different project related tasks
-Follow-up with vendors and sub cons to ensure on time submittal of project related documents and invoices
-Responsible for managing payment process issuance of PACs to sub cons and vendors

KPI Reporting Engineer (Jan 10-July 11)

-Monitoring of KPIs for nationwide BSS Network entities
-Making analyzing daily stats report
-Planning of new sites with respect to Coverage and Expansion Requirements
-Optimization of existing n/w based on traffic report
-Working on cutover plans for existing sites in the network
-Planning of modification of E1s allocation w.r.to traffic trend
-Creation modification of neighbor list for Handoff issue
-Taking traces on LMT for RF related issue

NOC/BSS Engineer (Jan 08-Dec 09)

-Involve in 24X7 Network Operation of Huawei Access Network for CDMA2001x EVDO that includes CBSC6600, CBTS 3606, CBTS 3606AE, CBTS 3606E and I Manager M2000 client
-Identification Escalation of network faults to the vendor field engineers and continuous follow up
-Analyzing (call, Abis A interface) traces taken from Huawei's LMT for the resolution of critical issues
-During Fault localization Escalation (opening Trouble Tickets) of Network faults to the Huawei's TAC.
-Conducting system routine health and forwarding any abnormalities to concerned departments for permanent fix
-Implementing different soft para changes amendments forwarded by RF team on different nodes of network
-Monitoring bandwidth usage/network outages via Network Monitoring tool
-Generation of daily weekly reports regarding network stability.
