- Saved 9.7 Million PKR annually in Local Indirect Buying by moving business from General Order Suppliers to Manufacturers/Distributors by saving middle man's margin and avoiding double taxation.

- Increased Data base of active suppliers by 15% to establish alternate suppliers against Monopolistic Suppliers.
