I have been working in the field of Accounts & Finance for last above 5 years after completing my graduation. Started my career as an Intern with a large sized organization MTBC. Based upon my performance, I was promoted to Accounts Assistant. Due to my sound knowledge and hardship, I was again promoted to Accounts Officer. Currently I am working on the same post and have an advanced level grip on QuickBook, Oracle Financial and Microsoft Office. I want to explore my career further and want a better opportunity than the existing one.
Currently I am working with MTBC as an Accounts Officer. My duties and responsibilities over here includes;
1. Bank reconciliation.
2. Accounts payable.
3. Preparation of tax working on weekly basis.
4. Preparation of online PSIDs.
5. Posting of transactions in Oracle and Quickbooks.
6. Supervision and control over General Ledger and Monthly Reporting.
7. Accrual and Reversal Analysis.
8. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in maintaining Provident Fund Books.
9. Intercompany reconciliation on weekly basis.
10. Preparation of check register.
11. Preparation of tax deduction certificates and salary slips.
12. Responsible of filling of vouchers and legal documents in proper manner.
13. Assets tagging on monthly basis.
