·   Lead and manage education initiatives across a designated area to improve SSR and school operations.
·   Oversee administrative tasks including academic data management (analysis, verification, and preservation).
·   Work closely with principals and HR to improve school leadership and quality hiring processes.
·   Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback for teacher professional development.
·   Develop strategies for struggling schools and ensure successful implementation and follow-up.

Promote Girls Education through strong community / parents’ mobilization, mostly Girls are also likely to be taken out of school, when they reach puberty because of the high premium placed on virginity.
