• Assisting Head of HR and Administration and day to day Administration related tasks. • Responsible for and ensured all mails received and distributed to concerned departments daily and timely basis. • Assist Head of Departments in providing day to day HR guidance and services • Provides day to day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions). • Develops contract/employment terms for new hires, promotions, transfers and • Contracted resources. • Responsible to complete whole recruitment cycle. • Conduct orientation session for newly inducted staff at production units. • Process the confirmations & Salary reviews timely. • Prepare offer & appointment letter to new joiners ad provide experience certificates to exit employees. • Perform HR Functions for employees including activities such as Performance management, Employee engagement & relations, T&D & others HR projects. • Handle all the activities related to the employee’s separation process. • Handle all the matters related to the Leave & Attendance of the employees. • Manage employee Loan & Advances. • Handle all the matters related to the government agencies EOBI, SESSI, Labour & etc. • Payroll execution of all employees. • Payroll Management, Preparing and Processing Monthly Payroll of more than 750 employees. • Prepare bonus, Increment & Leave encashment sheets & calculations on Excel formats. • To maintain employees information in ERP based System & Employees file.
