I am working in Vendor Management Unit (Head Office CAD North). where my Core Responsibility to monitor Pledge stock that includes following duties Issuance of Delivery order & Pledge in (stocks) , Verification of Pledge stock reports (Monthly & Transaction bases), Briefly review pledge insurance policy according to said SOPs and update in banking software, Conduct inspection of pledge stock (outsource & in-house ), Providing KRI to Higher management on monthly bases ,Update Stock reports in Banking Software “H-plus” and Posting of voucher relate to pledge management.
