 Hands on experience on SAP (including different modules, especially finance, inventory & fixed assets module).
 Maintenance and control of fixed assets module in SAP..
 Involvement in the stores and warehousing activities, with respect to SAP
 Calculation of stock valuation on a monthly basis
 Internal audit and inventory controls (incl. SAP) as per the requirement of the organization
 Preparation of Journal Entries and P/O Vouchers

 Prepare Daily sales Invoices.
 Manage and record daily petty cash fund.

Responsibilities:

 Manage inspection plan for container in (NLC) National Logistic Centre
 Contributing new launches through timely placement of product exhibits at dealer level and frequent follow up of consumer response.
 Weekly, quarterly, monthly and annual reporting to keep management updated with the on goings of such volatile region.
 Dealing from department of plant protection (Government Of Pakistan)
 Consumer education of product and to facilitate them with the information to ease them in taking correct decision.
