I have done my Master of Social Science in the discipline of Sociology from Bahaudin Zakariya University Multan and having roughly Eight (13) years of professional experience. Moreover, my experience afforded a well-rounded skill set for the post of field Monitor with first-rate narrative and analytical thinking skills.
My experience includes Report writing, Liaison with line department and project value chain players, field work, activities planning (financial, procurement implementation), formation of detail implementation plans (DIP), monthly-weekly work plan formation, developing of data collection tools, data collection, data punching, quality assurance, data cleaning, data analysis, filing and reporting on variety of formats on various software (Inpage Ms Office), case studies and success stories development, briefing and de-briefing, base line, end line assessment developed of training community base content, session/training delivery, reporting/uploading evidences against the activities completed at project level and other automation support to project staff.
More over in past I have performed survey Focus Group Discussion conducting, data reviews, cleaning and, cross-checking of evidences and other means of verification prepare various data summaries and perform data entry for various trainings/orientations. Organize and kept record of all data evidences both in soft and hard for activities completed at field level, management of data both in soft and hard, stay organized and to adjust to different work conditions in a fast and timely fashion for information on ME Information System.
