. Assist Staff in Processing Job requests and ensure availiability of updateed JDs showing essential and desried job competencies/Skills
Ensure advertisement of approved ppositions through the recruitment portal
Conduct Initial Screening and logging completed applications/CV

To ensure the provision of payroll details from Field office to area Area office by 15th of each month
To ensure entry/exit of staff, arears details, medical & other allowances, aadvance salaries deduction, leave without pay and EOBI deductionn in master payroll sheet according to infor recieved from field and availiability of supporting documents in hard form
Prepare Timesheet summary for KP based staff and share the approvved documents with CO people & Culture department by 10th of each month
Check and Process staff medical claims according to the medical policy in staff personal files and mantain payment records in the spreadsheet for monitoring purposes
Assist in issuing multipurpose letters e.g Offer letters, Employment Contracts, Contract extensions, Bank Account Opening, Experience letters etc.
Ensure the availability of leave balances in the leave management system LMS as per contract tenure
To review HRMIS according to Hard record availlable in personal files on regular basis
Ensure registeration of new joiners in HRIS and their access to the extranet
To ensure maintanance and monitoring of attendance system, entry exit of new joiners/leavers on regular basis
Assist the team leads in performance management
Plan and execute capacity building interventions as per the need highlighted in the annual appraisal
Enhance staff engagement through staff forums - employee relations
