I have been working as the manager of IT networks and systems at ZEM Builders for the past two years.
I\'m responsible for overseeing and managing the technology infrastructure of an organization. 1. Leadership and Team Management:
lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization\'s networks and systems.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
Guidance to installation vendor about topologies of network (LAN / WAN)
2. Network Infrastructure Management:
Design, implement, and manage the organization\'s network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards.
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
3. Systems Administration:
Oversee the administration and maintenance of servers, operating systems, and other critical systems.
Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure system integrity.
Manage system backups and disaster recovery plans.
4. Technology Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement strategic plans for the organization\'s IT networks and systems in alignment with business objectives.
Remain well informed about emerging technologies and try to make recommendations for system improvements and upgrades.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and integrate solutions accordingly.
5. Security and Compliance:
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization\'s IT infrastructure.

Installation and configuration of the different software as per requirements.
Look after access gates deployed on entrance and CCTV installed in the building.
Install and Configure biometric devices, also monitor the process of enrol new employees and attendance report to HR provided by the team under me.
Maintain inventories used by staff included Tablets devices printer scanner projectors and all mandatory equipment.
