Communicating with customers electronically through a platform via Chat and Email.
Organize appointments as required and prepare necessary documents, keeping designated employees advised of their daily schedule and ensure availability of facilities, meeting rooms etc. Where required, handle all aspects of internal customer service to ensure a professional, accurate and informative service.
Receive cash, prepare daily reports on the same and highlight discrepancies where the case. Support supervisory staff in billing and account reconciliation where required. Prepare and submit applications, government forms, permit requests etc. for employees.
Prepare documents and forms for submission to HR, Staff Travel, and other internal departments for staff as required.
Provide assistance to customers on arrival and demonstrate the company product, ensuring high quality and professional customer service is maintained at all times.
Coordinate with supervisor and provide daily sales reports.
Assist in the preparation and pre-check on company products. And statistical information to ensure all data is accurately accounted for.
Provide cover in the absence of the senior team members during leave/sickness/training as directed by the Officer or other senior colleague.
Where required, assist with checking products, removal of damaged products, and reporting them to the concerned team.
To meet monthly targets set by the management within a timely manner.
