Skillfully performing Project Planning & Scheduling developing Estimates and baseline schedules on Primavera P6. Preparation of Resource loaded schedule for better control of the Project Cost. Monitoring and tracking Project progress and preparing Monthly Look Ahead Plane and Monthly Progress Reports. Generating Project S-Curve. Calculating CPIs and SPIs of projects. Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly
Formation of Contract Documents for award of work. General Correspondence with all the stakeholders of the project. Verification of EOT claims submitted by the Consultant. Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates. Ensuring timely completion of projects
