Ensure safety and sanitation practices in kitchen.
Manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal preparation, cooking and delivering food to staff in a timely fashion.
Maintain to schedule for the kitchen staff.
Monitor food and per head staff costs.
Keep up with office trends and creates new recipes in collaboration with local Pakistani cook.
