• Planning and controlling all HR activities. Reporting to senior management, providing decision support through HRIS.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet client’s requirements.
• Communicate with clients to identify their preferences and facilitate the process to meet their needs and expectations.
• Prepare and manage budgets in order to achieve set targets and objectives.
• Providing clients with regular update and periodic statements to keep them abreast on changes in trends.
• Resolving service problems, identifying the root cause, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.
• Responsible for inbound calls, QA, volume coverage to meet SLA’s.
• Participating in reviews and training assessments of shift personnel in conjunction with department managers.
