1.     Unit Support Officer (USO)
 
1.     Centralized Processing of conventional and Islamic Branches Accounts Opening of pan Pakistan branches as per AML & CFT regulations and Bank SOPs.
2.     Online Training of Zone/Branch officials through Zoom, Email and telephonically.
3.     Preparations of materials for branches to open different accounts.
4.     Close contact with Zonal Manager Operations for complete and authentic documentations regarding account opening for speedy processing within TAT.
5.     Drafting of letter to zone/branches and head office departments regarding routine tasks.
6.     Resolutions of branches queries regarding account opening.
7.     Resolution of customer quarries and complaints.
8.     Close contact with Bank IT department for system related queries and issues.
9.     Preparation of daily, monthly reports for sorting out progress of account opening of Zone/branches and sharing with department head.
10.   Monthly submission of PEPs report with regulatory compliance department.
11.   Keeping of letter, circulars and other official physical records in safe custody for easy access.
12.   Capacity building of team to follow SBP regulations and Bank SOPs
 
2.     Assistant Manager Operations (AMO)
 
1.     Record “No Default Certificate” on the loan application received in the branch.
2.     Pass cheques /withdrawal forms within his passing limit and act as joint signatory for all other transactions by ensuring genuine persons against proper authorization.
3.     Prepare/check and sign all types of vouchers jointly with the Manager/Deputy Manager.
4.     Postings of vouchers in all the control books and relevant supplementary ledgers/ registers and prepare daily cash/transfer transaction scroll
5.     Balancing of loan and deposit accounts and other supplementary registers/ledgers.
6.     Reconcile the loan accounts and all other accounts with the control books of the branch.
7.     Ensure ZTBL Central Account Advices are being responded/adjusted within prescribed period.
8.     Ensure that entries in the Sundry and Suspense Accounts are adjusted as per standing instructions of the Bank/SBP.
9.     Ensure that vouchers are duly wrapped, stitched, sealed, duly recorded/entered in voucher register and placed under lock & key.
10.   Ensure that cash with other banks and in safe is maintained according to the prescribed limit and the bank’s account is properly and periodically reconciled.
11.   Maintain outstanding local cheques/bill collection registers and follow up unrealized cheques/bills.
12.   Ensure timely payment of rents, bills and taxes etc.
13.   Maintain/check Consumable Articles Register.
14.   Prepare and sign statements related to Accounts functions and returns i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly and ensure their correctness and timely submission to the concerned quarters.
15.   Preparation and timely submission of authentic (Monthly operation Report) MOR to Zonal Office for HO Operation Division.
16.   Timely rectification of Audit paras and ensuring non repetition of comments.
17.   Posting of half yearly profit in the deposit accounts.
18.   Timely availability of printed stationary items and security documents and also ensure proper maintenance of record of Insurance, Printed Stationery, Stock Registers besides periodical physical verification of Insurance Policies, if applicable.
19.   Regulate remittances to and from Head Office in accordance with requirements and ensure that cash is kept in the branch as per limit fixed
20.   Ensure that passing limits and financial powers are strictly adhered to and the budget allocations are not allowed to exceed without prior re appropriation.
21.   Ensure that codes are applied correctly in vouchers, credit investigation reports, receipt. The loan application forms and all other information are correct, complete and legible.
 
3.     Mobile Credit Officer (MCO)
 
1.     To ascertain credit needs, worthiness, track record with other banks of farmer community in allocated circle
2.     Preparation of feasibility reports of loan on bank standard application form and other documents
3.     Issuance and receiving of loan receipts to walk-in customer in branch and field during visit
4.     Collection of cash recoveries from the loanees outside the branch against prescribed receipt.
5.     Cross examination of security documents with revenue authorities to ascertain its genuineness and authenticity and actual position of land on the ground by field visit.
6.     Hunting of potential clients during field visit in allocated circle.
7.     Helping the selected farmers in preparing the Agri. Pass Book and other assistance in completion of loan documents.
8.     Verifying of sanctioned mutations of each and every loan case in favor of bank within one month of loan disbursement.
9.     Updating of defaulter and loanee lists and maintaining regular contact with defaulters and loanees as per monthly tour program.
10.   Hand delivery of demand and legal notices to all barrowers ahead of due dates by taking proper acknowledgement.
11.   Serving of auction notices to chronic defaulters procedurally under Banking Company Ordinance, 2001 for public auction and extensive publicity of property auctions of chronic and willful defaulters, ordered by Banking Courts.
12.   Submission of abnormal situation reports like marketing issues, failure of crops due to heavy rains, flood, pest attack & drought etc
13.   Village-wise bench mark data regarding number of farms, farm size, gender data, average loan size, subsistence, economic, big farmers other Agri. Business opportunities available in circle etc.
 
4.     Teller
 
1.     Keep keys of cash safe jointly with the Manager/Deputy Manager and open and close the cash in time
2.     Maintaining Cash deposit, payments through debit and credit cash vouchers, pay-in-slips, cheques and other receipts/payments and acknowledge the same under his seal, signature & date after getting passed from authorized signatories.
3.     Prepare/Maintain daily cash scroll recording all receipts and payments and tally it with scroll of Assistant Manager (Operations) before closing the cash.
4.     Maintain Security Documents/Receipts cheques books, pay orders, DDs, Prize Bonds, Certificates, MCO Receipt Books, Debit Cash, Credit Cash and Transfer Vouchers in the joint safe custody and issuance of the same as per laid down procedure.
5.     Deposit the excess cash in hand, with concerned Commercial Bank and withdrawal of cash as well when required for payment etc
6.     Sort out the old and torn out and discard able currency notes and arrange its replacement etc.
7.     Safe custody of Arms Licenses also maintains the record of cartridges.
8.     Balancing of current/PLS accounts ledgers besides any other duty.
9.     Ensure that before issuance and receiving of new and used Receipt Books duly approved by Branch Manager to MCOs.
