To provide mental health solutions, by providing online and offline counselling and therapy services; awareness sessions regarding mental health; and corporate services for employee well-being customized according to the company’s requirements.
Evaluate clients, abilities, interests, problems, skills and education. And Develop a treatment plan in consultation with other professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and psychologists as per the need of the clients.

·        Overall psychological assessment of HIV patients, working to improve overall wellbwing of patients and their familes.·        Function as case managers at different ART centers for PLHIVs, and provision of technical leadership and ensure effective implementation of MHPSS Component·        Provide counseling in line with HIV prevention/ transmission and risk reduction with proper report writing and record management.·        Counselling for adherence towards treatment and PrEP and PEP counseling.·        Counselling for infant feeding, child care and nutritional importance and care of the targeted population, community and PLHIVsTrain outreach team and staff as lay counselors based on HIV/Aids transmission, prevention and harm reduction methods. Also for being empath and treat each and every patient with equality.

I'm working as a psychologist in TB Program





In consultation with the Project Site Manager, plan, establish and provide Counseling services for new and existing TB Patients.
Conduct pre and post treatment counseling with clients on regular basis. Check on the Adverse Events the medication has caused and counsel to manage the Adverse Events.
Facilitate family contacts after client consent where it is possible and appropriate and family counseling SOPs.
Counseling families regarding the Post Exposure Treatment (PET) of TB and initiation of the treatment.
Data analysis regarding all Post Exposure Treatment (PET) screening and treatment provided.
Conduct follow up sessions after client has reintegrated with family, and maintain follow up record (SOPs to be followed).
Referral for further testing, medical services when needed
Maintain all record/information related to clients, their test results in strict confidentiality
Participate and discuss issues pertaining to TB, prevention, care & support service.
