Research on legal/illegal, accredited/unaccredited institutions / universities / schools / colleges of Pakistan for Academic Verifications of overseas employment and appointments of company employees
Case initiation, Uploading of Check on the System/Data Entry and Report Writing.
Maintain MIS in a timely manner
Initiate Education, Health License & Employment documents, for verification and maintain MIS as well
E-Services Work, Online Applications for document verification by H.E.C.
Online Banks Challan of FBR / MCB etc
E-Mails, Networking Problems & Software downloading etc.
Administering Data Entry and allied computer works.

Directly assist and report to Admin Manager on daily routine admin works.
To assist all departmental heads and senior management in regards to administrative issues.

Prepare requisition when purchases required
Co-ordinate with Finance Department for approval of purchases requisition.
Co-ordinate with supplier Vendors in order to collect quotations.
Type documents, correspondence, faxing, scanning and copying of documents.
Assist in travel arrangements/Van arrangement.
Assist in event planning and implementation.
Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information.
Maintain office filing, purchases records, outgoing mails records and storage systems. Property inventory updates on every purchases. Inventory and order materials, supplies, and services.
Retrieve information when requested
Monitor and maintain office supplies such as stationery, pantry & toiletries and ensure that this is done in a timely manner.
To ensure on every end of the month received all types of bills i.e. Electricity, Telephone, Internet, Sui Gas, Water & Sewerage board etc..
Ensure office security measures
Supervision of office maintenance & clearance & ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Evaluate the Performance of Suppliers on Quarterly Basis.
