• Worked on Huawei / ZTE MSAN (Multiservice Access Network), MSAG (Multiservice Access Gateway) & GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network).
• Monitoring & solving power and hardware alarms of NE’s (network elements) through NMS (network monitoring system) & Net Numen.
• Analyzing and troubleshooting wireline complains of DSL, IPTV and voice services.
• Configuration of PRI on GPON hybrid Msag, provide assistance in upgrading to hybrid Msag’s, provide assistance in troubleshooting and resolution of system issues.
• Analyze and evaluate reasons of power outages at sites, reduce problem by 45%.
• Checking hardware manually analyzing and removing faulty hardware from NE’s reduce problem by 50%.
• Working on a project of Preventative maintenance (PM) of MSAG/ONU's, & BTS checking systems hardware manually by Login through U31/NMS, Analyze health of batteries , rectifier, subscriber card(IPMD & PVMD), DRS, throughput, VSWR and RSSI.
• Emailing and reporting on daily basis to SM's and GM, Compiled daily, weekly and monthly reports for outages.
• Worked on ZTE U31 FDD client, Operations & maintenance of 2G,3G & LTE networks. Troubleshoot and assist network problems. Responsible of BTS system hardware & software faults. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complains of 3G,4G,EVO,Cloud devices. Analyzing, communicate & resolving ZTE (BTS & ENODEB) microwave, VSWR,RSSI and active alarms.
