-Distribution of man power for schedule maintenance.
-MOGAN maintenance of gatron and Novatex software.
-Store system maintain DPR,SR,MRD,TTN & Stock card etc.
-Update & send email daily Utility report to director.
-Daily Verify Attendance on HRMS System And Note Down Workers OT Time In Time Out.
-Checking Of Leave Of All Workers Get Signed Of HOD & Submit All.
-Arrangement & Awareness of work permit system like HOT/COLD work permits/schedules brake down/Routine/Preventive/Shut down.
-Maintenance work permit etc, safety precautions during maintenance and repair work.
-Kept daily technical record whole plant and generate variance report on the behalf of it.
-To Perform Plant Maintenance Jobs in Plant Shutdown with Mechanical Team If Requirment
-Handle All Job Orders of All Departments and follow all Procedure from Completion to Close
-Follow Up All Routine Works As Per Requirement.
-Vessel Confined Space Attendant.
-Obtains and reviews entire permit at job site. Sets up the job per procedures for work being performed. Knows who to contact in case of emergency and where the nearest eyewash and safety showers are located.
-Ensures that proper equipment needed for job is in place. (e.g. Lader, radios, air horn, barricade tape or breathing air barricades and tags; fire extinguisher, or burlap to cover drains, PPE).
-Follows all steps required before allowing work per guidelines and procedures specific to work being performed. Ensured that all workers have on the PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) specified on the permit.
-Write names and sign of crew which enter in confined space.
-Follows all procedures while work is in progress. Keeps visual and/or radio communication with crew. Observes work conditions and maintains awareness of anything that could endanger the workers.
-Conducts job completion routine and completes all documentation per procedure.
-General housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
