I am a finance and accounts professional having nine (09) years of professional experience in the field of finance, accounts, audit, taxation and corporate management. I have worked for four years in a chartered accountant firm and conducted internal and external audits, accounts, taxation and corporate assignments. My audit assignments include Public, Private and non profit sector organizations which include Pakistan's leading companies. I have completed successful audit, accounts and taxation assignments of many sectors including real estate, human resource management companies, oil tools companies, development sectors, Non profit organizations, USAID, UKAID, UN and world bank projects.
I have also worked with ChinaTown/ Jade Cafe, a well known hospitality group as Head of Finance and Accounts from March - 2017 to October - 2020. My scope of services with China Town was financial management, accounting, budgeting, cost controlling, taxation management and team management.
Recently I am working with a facility management group named Noha Global Services Private Limited as Senior Finance Manager/ Company Secretary with management of complete operations of finance, accounts, auditing, taxation along with compliance of regulatory and administrative requirements. In the capacity of Company Secretary role I am managing all corporate matters of the company including compliance of companies act 2017, SECP compliances, board meetings and management and all legal matters of the company.
I have rich experience of accounting, financial statements maintenance, financial management reporting, cash flow management, cost controlling, taxation (income and sales), audit functions, feasibility reporting and corporate management of a company. I am having respective academic qualifications including gold medal distinction from Riphah International University and accounting and finance certifications.

Noha Global Services (Private) Limited is a facility management and human resource management company working in this field since 2009. Head of Finance and Accounts
China Town/ Jade Cafe are the leading hospitality chains serving in Islamabad and Lahore since long. I have started my career in China Town Islamabad branch in March - 2017, on the position of Manager Accounts and from May - 2019 been promoted on the position of Head of Finance and Accounts for both Islamabad and Lahore region. I am directly reported to CEO/ Managing Director of the company. On this position i am heading a team of ten professional in Islamabad and Lahore. Following are scope of services;
FINANCE SECTION : -
Financial Managemnet, Cash flow managemnet, budgetting, supervison of disbursements to suppliesr, third parties and groups. Coordination with financial institutions including banks, leasing companies and insurance companies regarding markup payments, defferments and issuance of documents. Coordination with contractors regarding supply chain management, funds management and disbursement conditions;
ACCOUNTS : -
Supervison in maintenace of books of accounts including ledgers, trial balances, balance sheet and presentation of financial statements to MD including profit and loss statements, cash flows etc. Making and supervising my team in prepartion of annual financal statements for audit and year ebd closing purposes.
TAXATION : -
Handling of income taxes, sales taxes and excise taxation matters of company and coordination with tax consultants for submission of monthly sales tax returns and quarterly WHT returns. Compliance of WHT (Us 149, 153, 155 etc) and other directions guided in income tax ordinance 2001 and sales tax act 1990. Coordination and presentation in assesments of FBR and Punjab Revenus AUthority (PRA). Coordinatiom with tax consultants for monthly and annual tax closings and compliances.
OTHERS :
Handling of corporate matters includuing cases and notices of CDA, food authorities and Labor departments. Compliance of EOBI and Social security sections. Coordination with farnchises and sub units to consult then in finance and accounts matters.

I started my professional career with Rafaqat Mansha Mohsin Dossani Masoom & Co, Chartered Accountants (A member firm of The Leading Edge Alliance International) as an ICAP registered trainee in January - 2013. I was inducted as in Audit department and i perfomed following job function while working with RMDM & Co.

I was assigned for completion of audit assignments of different companies, and in audit section internal audit and external audit assignments both were included. I was also inducted in tax departments for filling of income tax retursn (WHT and annual), Sales tax returns, presenations in tax assesments and hearings to represent my firm.
