Key Responsibilities:
- Managing New to Bank accounts and providing proper guidance regarding to procedures and requirements to new/prospective customers.
- Responsible to cross sell various products offered by the Bank.
- Interact with the customers at the branch entrance / inquiring on their purpose of visit & guide them to the relevant desk accordingly for efficient service provision.
- Resolve & answer the queries of the customers, maintains the customer’s complaints log book.
- Continuous follow-Ups & re-directing the customers to the concerned department to resolution of their quarries to ensure the customers leaves the branch satisfied.
- Assist with month-end financial reports.
- Post general entries.
- Assist with mailings, print production.
